It’s time so say the I do’s and your guests are waiting in anticipation for the formalities to begin. The setting is usually either a beautiful style chapel, enchanted forest, open field with a gorgeous view and sometimes even on a beach.

During this time we will provide the following:
– appropriate background music
– entrance song for the flower girls/page boys, bridesmaids and bride
– backing tracks or original songs for hymns
– song for signing of the register
– exit songs for guests, bridal party and bridal couple

Equipment
– a PA system
– cordless microphone for readings and wedding vows
– cordless lapel microphone for the marriage officiant
* We use battery operated equipment in areas where there is no electricity available.

Once the ceremony is concluded, guests will make their way to the canapés area where they can relax, enjoy snacks and drinks whilst mingling around in a beautiful setting. There is usually an assortment of garden games available for everyone to have fun as well.

During this time we will provide the following:
– appropriate background music that sets the mood for this time of day

Equipment
– a PA system
– a cordless microphone for any announcements by the MC

At some point the MC will ask guests to start moving from the canapés to the reception area. Once inside, guests can find their seats and order drinks from the bar whilst waiting for the newly weds to arrive back from their creative photo shoot. When the new Mr and Mrs arrive, speeches will commence which is followed by dinner, first dances and throwing of the bouquet and garter toss. With all formalities having been concluded, it’s PARTY TIME!

During the reception we will provide the following:
– appropriate background music that sets the tone for the evening’s festivities
– entrance song for the bridal couple
– jingles (short snippets of pre-selected songs) for each speech to follow
– song for the father and daughter dance and first dance
– songs for the throwing of the bouquet and garter toss
– an awesome selection of party music to have guests dancing until closing time!

Equipment
– a cordless microphone with stand for speeches and announcements by the MC
– a full range pro PA system
– LED dance floor lighting
– smoke machine (if requested)
